X-ray chest, CECT head and clincal photograph of an 8 years old female Indian child with right frontal painful swelling of insidious onset attended my OPD today. On examination it was a cystic tender swelling in right forhead and had no visible pulsations. It was non compressible and underlying bone was nonpalpable however surronding bone looked normal. There was no cervical or other lymphadenopathy Think about what other investigations are needed and what is the diagnosis. I shall give further follow up after one week. Tags:
