refractory hemibalismus
we have 67 y old man with RT thalamic infarct presented with LT side hemibalismus refractory to many treatments. unfortunately we have no DBS in our center. if you know more effective treatment plz send me more information

Dear Dr Altafi:
Haven't you tried Levitriacetam yet, it might be helpful in some resistant movement disorders such as hemiballismus as well as Holms tremor.
