Dear Nidal,Thanks for your message.I am trying now to organize a course with Pedro Valdes as the lead lecturer in August.I have meanwhile got a copy from our lawyers for a Research Collaboration Agreement which I will sent next week.Please edit it and discuss with your team and Rektor.

Dear Colleagues,
Pedro Valdes lead lecturer and Professor of the proposed course has suggested August 2011 for a one to two week course in the field of MEG,EEG,signal analysis and processing.I hope UTP colleagues are Ok with this and we are thinking for the practical part what software to be used.estimate people allowed to attend 20 people only with entrance fees of around 2K.

Dear Prof.
UTP is moving from two semisters to three semisters system and this due to start by the new year, so we don't know exactly when is the semister break. I will update you soon on this matter.

Thank you for your interest,Our Lab is thinking of organising the first summer or autumn(monsoon) school(ha,ha) depending on the university's (USM) semester break because we may have use the informatics lab to work.Prof Pedro Valdes Sosa from CUBA has suggested certain program contents of interest and since 17th Annual Meeting of the Organization for Human Brain Mapping is to be held June 26-30, 2011 in Québec City, Canada,We may have to do this some other month since the first two weeks of June 2011 is our DAAD-USM Electrophysiology School in USM for South East Asia also organized by our lab.When is University T.Petronas semester break?

In a sleep lab situation how does one look at these chaotic issues:fluctuations of autonomic functions such as temperature, blood
pressure, electroencephalogram (EEG)?Should all be analysed using non linear parametrics?

which is better for analysis :stochastic signals or deterministic EEG signals????
Are all these signals "kosher".....Gaussian enough?
