did you rule out infection diseases like lime or syphilis?..hope help the patient

ESR & CRP are in normal limits
we have done skin lesion biopsy

The mentioned condition can be associated with inflammatory myopathies . In that case ESR and C-RP levels will give a definite idea.

we have 80 years old man in our hospiatl admitted 6 days ago with ophthamoplegia-skin rash and pancytopenia
brain MRI with GAD brain MRA&MRV were normal
do you have any diagnosis?
