Preoperative contrast MRI and postoperative NCCT ( only small residual tumour). When tumour could not be reached throgh rt lateral ventricular approach same craniotomy was used for right subfrontal lamina terminalis approach. Note shunt tube in right lateral ventricle which was used as a drain. Histopatholgy confirmed to be craniopharyngioma.
