Thanks for sharing thios case with us.
The signal is as white as fat, such as a lypoma, on T2. But the images are a bit out of focus
Would you kindly tell us how it looked on t1 and contrast? and if you had more focussed images.

I think this signal change is lipoma but if we could see other sequances such as T2 or T1 with contrast we will have better D.DX
Well thanks for your diagnosis. It was a case of ependymoma. If you look carefully bottom part of tumour is solid. He later had metastasis to brain and was given radiotherapy to cranium and spine.
