This is a great little website I found recently. It's called from genes to cognition and covers many areas of modern neuroscience. :)

Hi people, part of my research project consist of quantifying inhibitory transmission in the CA1 pyramidal cells of the hippocampus. For that, I need to make Pair recordings between a inhibitory basket cell and a CA1 pyramidal cell monosynaptically connected. If someone has experience doing pair recordings in the hippocampus and can share any advice with me, will be greetings. Thanks!
