An evacuative Lumbar puncture  with mental status examination,or an isotope scan via lumbar puncture,a lumbar Magnes test.This might lead to a programmable shunt being placed.

The larger meningioma has received radiosurgery and is 2cm in diameter,since it is recent,expected changes will only be seen on DWI and T2,Flair sequence,gad sequence after one year or so depending on her genetic markers.The smaller frontal meningioma is small and has not received radiosurgery. .As she is 56 years old ,by the time it(the small one) reaches a volume of 20 ml,she will be 69 years old according to progression of formula calculation.Most important is not the size but the oedema it causes seen on flair,T2 and DWI especially it compresses on the vein of labbe .Surgery will only be admissible if there is a growth increment on 6 monthly MRI Gadolinium in two axis x,y or z of more than 10 percent of its current size as oedema can be treated with steriods if necessary.A major depression component may be the cause of her headache.I presume she is already reached menopause as tamoxifen may help if ...
