I liked very much the perfect result of PICA embo (www.youtube.com/watch?v=J76Tr-3H5uI). I would like to ask if you would prefer jailed technique (catheterization firstly and then stenting and afterwards coiling). Did you use your standard protocoll with IV Heparin for ruptured aneurysms ?
